Artwork & brand files

FAQ
Before you send a request.
Can each row use a different length?
Yes. Choose “Custom mixed lengths” and select every row independently. Repeated lengths such as 10 / 10 / 12 are allowed when each value is available for the selected model and curl.
Can Black and Brown be mixed on one backing card?
Not through the standard selector. Choose one color, then ask our team separately if your project requires a color mix.
Are 5-row or 12-row prices shown here?
No. Custom backing cards start at 3 rows and are quoted by row configuration. Additional formats can be added without inventing prices.
Do I pay immediately?
No. Payment follows manual specification and quote confirmation through a merchant-created Shopify Draft Order.
